2022年,葛均波、孙爱军研究团队两项“新发现”在《循环》杂志发表,分别为以“心脏原位巨噬细胞来源的legumain通过促进心肌梗死后凋亡心肌细胞的清除和降解来改善心脏修复“(cardiac resident macrophage-derived legumain improves cardiac repair via promoting clearance and degradation of apoptotic cardiomyocytes after myocardial infarction);“legumain介导的平滑肌细胞表型转化促进主动脉夹层(legumain is an endogenous modulator of integrin αvβ3 triggering vascular degeneration, dissection, and rupture)”
他们发现,即使暴露在低水平(低于世界卫生组织定义的空气污染水平)的空气污染物中,也可能在一小时内导致急性冠状动脉综合征发作
2022年5月,葛均波院士团队完成了3种创新医疗器械国内首例植入,其中有2款瓣膜器械产品都是由中国企业研发的,包括一款三尖瓣介入环缩系统(K-clip)和一款经静脉三尖瓣置换系统(Lux-valve)
