陈难先科研成就科研综述陈难先在国际上明确提出凝聚态物理和应用物理中玻色、费米及晶格三大类逆问题,并发展了独特而系统的方法,得到一系列新结果
在晶格比热逆问题研究中发展并统一了爱因斯坦与德拜的经典工作,在凝聚态物理的应用方面有首创性;黑体幅射逆问题的普遍解为遥感和天体物理学的应用提供了新方法
以上工作曾得到英国《Nature》杂志主编整版评论,认为是开创性工作,方法十分巧妙
另外,《Physical Review》《Physics Letters》等重要杂志也都有专门评述,命名陈定理
在核结构、电路分析幻方变换群、静电屏蔽、薄膜光学性质、调制法
陈难先的主要研究领域有:1、建立了比热逆问题的普遍解,推广和统一了爱因斯坦解与德拜的解;2、在国际上开创用数论方法由结合能曲线得出原子间对势的简捷而严格的公式,并结合虚拟结构设计解决了一系列原子间、离子间和原子与离子间相互作用势的建立问题
并和国际先进软件平台接轨,建立了面向国家目标和有系列性、含自主原创性内容的科技部材料模拟设计实验室;3、针对中国稀土资源丰富,建立了国际上未曾解决的稀土原子相关的原子间相互作用势
对1:12,2:17,3:29等上百种新型稀土化合物的结构参数的计算得到了最好的结果
并预测了4:41的结构特征,与中科院物理所合作在实验上作出了初步确认,并发表了关于新型稀土金属间化合物的原子级模拟的文章多篇;4、建立了第一原理离子相互作用势的系统方法,并用分子动力学模拟高压相变和熔解等等,计算结果与实验符合;5、建立了以第一原理计算与数论反演为基础的界面两侧离子—原子间相互作用势的公式
1998年哈佛大学Bazant也有20多页专论,评论陈难先的一系列工作, 认为陈难先在数论反演方法对凝聚态物理的应用方面有首创性
1998年开始,MIT(麻省理工学院)已由此而开出一门新课来
