中国工程院院士邹学校科研成就科研综述

邹学校科研成就科研综述截至2019年4月,邹学校带领团队主持完成国家项目20多项,创建了国家特色蔬菜产业技术研发中心等12个研发平台,创建了中国辣椒协会,创办了《辣椒杂志》,其科技成果支撑了中国辣椒产业快速发展,规模由80年代的300万亩发展到3000多万亩 

20世纪80年代开始,邹学校团队先后育成辣椒品种湘研1~20号、湘辣1~4号,成为那时中国种植面积最大的辣椒品种 

邹学校在辣椒优异种质资源创制、育种技术创新、新品种培育等方面取得了系统性、创造性成绩,带领团队育成中国栽培面积最大的系列辣椒品种 

邹学校带领团队全面提升了中国辣椒品种早熟、丰产、抗病、耐贮运、加工、机械化采收水平;引领了辣椒育种方向建成中国保存份数最多的辣椒种质资源库;创制出育成品种最多、应用最广的辣椒骨干亲本 

邹学校突破了辣椒品种选育产业化系列关键技术:采用“一次繁足,多次使用”的方法提纯与扩繁辣椒亲本,保证了亲本的经济性状始终处于优良状态;发明了徒手去雄和二次授粉技术;突破了辣椒雄性不育制种技术;突破了液氮贮藏辣椒花粉产业化技术;建立了高效的杂交辣椒种子生产技术规程,每667平方米制种产量提高到40~50公斤,最高可达100公斤;发明的双层聚乙烯薄膜加硅胶密封贮藏种子技术,解决了南方高温高湿条件下辣椒种子贮藏的难题

建立了适合中国的高效蔬菜种子经营管理体系,成功创立了“湘研”和“兴蔬”两个驰名品牌

 成果应用截至2017年10月,在邹学校带领的专家团队下,邹学校团队指导兴隆场村民李作喜在兴隆场镇建立一家辣椒食品加工企业,定点帮扶和带动1000多户贫困户4000多人走上了种椒脱贫的新路子,已经形成了种植、销售、加工一体的产业链,小小的辣椒,俨然已成帮助农民脱贫致富的红火大产业

并在泸溪县有3万多名建档立卡贫困户种植了辣椒,推广种植辣椒5.18万亩,年产量可达7000多万公斤,将带动6万多农户增产增收
