山东省人才发展研究中心首席专家Shandong Institute of Human Resources Development (SHRD) has a high-level faculty in business and economics with rich research experience, and it is the only institution of this kind with provincial authorization. It has 22 full-time and part-time researchers, including 6 professors and 9 Ph.D. candidates. The director of the Institute, doctoral supervisor, Prof. Zhang Tiqin, is also the president of Shandong Economic University. Main research areas are knowledge organization theory & practice, innovation team performance management, business technological innovation system, human resource management and development system, talent aggregation strategy, FDI theory. Recently, the Institute has received totally 3.01million RMB grants from 1 Chinese NSSF program, 1 Ministry of Education program, 8 Provincial NSF and NSSF programs, 1 Shandong provincial government directly trusted research project, as well as 2 business consulting projects. In recent 5 years, our scholars has published 11 books and over 50 journal papers, 10 times received the academic awards from the provincial and national authorizations. The Institute has also established long-term cooperative links with more than ten universities and research centers at home and abroad. Besides, a close relationship has been developed with more than 10 well-known enterprises.
